You acknowledge that by purchasing, using the product, and/or downloading a Digital Product, you are agreeing in full to this disclaimer.

We control the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our Digital Product. We retain all ownership of the copyright of the Digital Product in its original form downloaded by you. If we see you have shared our Digital Product with a third party or used it for commercial use rather than personal or business use, we reserve the right to claim compensation for such unauthorized use.
Use
After you purchase the Digital Product you will be provided with access to the Digital Product. At our discretion we may specify a limited access time.
Upon purchase, we grant you one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this Digital Product personally or in your business. However, this Digital Product may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, altered, modified, shared with a third-party, displayed publicly, transmitted electronically or otherwise used in any way in whole or in part for the purpose of commercial gain by you for any purpose that may amount to competition with us in any way.
Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, all digital purchases made from or on www.shawnsawyerphotography.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Replacement of Digital Products
If a request is made in writing within 365 days of purchase, Shawn Sawyer Photography will resend the digital products once. After one replacement or 365 days, the digital products must be repurchased at the pricing structure available at the time of repurchase.
Disclaimer
While we use reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure that the Digital Product is accurate and fit for download, the Digital Products may contain inaccuracies, typos, or other errors. We assume no responsibility for such errors and omissions. All Digital Products are for general interest informational use only. We make no guarantees you will attain a particular result using the ideas presented in the Digital Products. Your purchase and use of our Digital Products do not establish a professional-working relationship between you and Shawn Sawyer or Shawn Sawyer Photography.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact shawn@shawnsawyerphotography.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Shawn Sawyer Photography reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice
